Superb service…….warm, friendly, efficient and genuine. We dealt with Steph and she was an absolute star. All the staff were lovely and one gentleman went out of his way to show us how to use the uber app which came from a discussion about visiting Rome. They clearly work as a team and are utterly customer focused. They are a credit to your company and should be recognised as such.

We are two blind friends who were made to feel very welcome by Steph as she excelled in accomodating all our accessibility needs, provided honest and professional advice regarding our destination and done all of this in a relaxing manner so we did not feel pressured or upsold. Our booking experience was very positive and Sophie really took the time to find out what we were looking for. She made sure she included all of the aspects of the holiday that we were trying to incorporate and spent time trying to find the best deal within these parameters. We were looking for a cruise for my 50th birthday next year and the girl Sophie was very helpful and made our decision to book their and then an easy one. Sophie was very knowledgeable and went through all different aspects to find what worked for us. We ended up booking a weekend in Rome and a Mediterranean cruise. I will most certainly be back to book future holidays 5⭐️from us.
