Sophie was friendly and helpful and sorted out my holiday to my satisfaction, however she spoke too quickly, not always facing me so I had to keep asking her to repeat things, this was embarrassing. I explained I wore hearing aids, this amplifies all noises in the room.
My advice to her slow down, speak clearly and face the customer.

Easy booking … Hays did all the legwork!!
Sophie was helpful…listened to what we wanted and didn’t want … we had to action 2 bookings to get exactly what we needed and she explained everything simply without a fuss

The Agent - Sophie - was excellent in helping us find a holiday, she was polite, patient and very professional.
