Rachael was asked to locate flight and hotel for 4 adults for a city break where most flights were not direct. She was also asked to synchronise our trip with 2 friends travelling from southern Spain independently. Rachael did a brilliant job (again, as we've used her before) and is a credit to Hays.

I have booked holidays through Rachael a few times and always extremely happy with the service I receive. Rachael is very knowledgeable, always quick to respond and patient when I change my mind! I would highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking to book a holiday.
