We visited your Rayleigh Travel Agent and the lady there was called Coryann, she was more than helpful and made our visit very worthwhile. We booked a 14 day cruise to the Canary Islands. Coryann organised everything for us, including parking & insurance.
We are very grateful to her as everything has been organised for us.

Booked Our First Cruise
David at the Rayleigh branch was very knowledgeable & helpful. He was able to provide us with so much really useful information which allowed us to make an informed decision about booking our holiday. David was really friendly & very thorough. Would definitely book through Hays again. All the staff in the Rayleigh branch are welcoming & friendly.

Rayleigh branch are so happy to see you nothing is ever too much bother Sasha the young lady I always deal with is so very patient and helpful she goes through the options what you have in your head until she finds a holiday that excites you just booked a cruise for February 27 but told my friend about it and she was very interested told Sasha but my friend lives in Manchester she contacted her and arranged the holiday for my friend who also booked and arranged for her to fly from Manchester that’s what you call customer service that’s why I rate Hays the top
