Let’s book it now it’s a low deposit and monthly direct debit payments great for our budget and we are now cruising on Arvia in October making memories! Niamh, the girl who helped us was very patient, kind and understanding of our needs. She booked us a wonderful holiday which we are looking forward to. At times unfortunately the background noise in the shop made it difficult for us to hear but Niamh was very patient and repeated things when necessary.

Our booking and documentation was easily and swiftly made. The only delay was waiting for a reply from Central Team about a hotel query.
Our Advisor was efficient and had a good sense of humour . She was able to share experiences too.
