Shaun was a very pleasant young man, & as our preferred booking had a price increase during the booking, he quickly found the same holiday, but a different date, which is acceptable to us, with a discount so he was very very professional & efficient, as has the rest of the staff at the Retford office, the staff, remember us from previous bookings & always makes us feel comfortable with our requests for our holidays, nothing is never too much. That is why we always go th the Retford branch.
