Nicola knows exactly what I am looking for when I go on holiday. I trust her judgment and she goes above and beyond to make sure I will be happy with my choice, even to the extent that she does a “google”walk around the area to make sure that I will be able to manage to walk around the area with my limited mobility.

We have had help from Lauren, Caroline and Chloe to plan our one big holiday to Northern Ireland this year, which we eventually booked with Chloe on Saturday. Excellent service as always!
