We have used Hays travel for several years and have always found all the staff in the Rochdale team very helpful. They always find what we need and are professional with all of our bookings.

being of a mature age and sometimes a bit confused I needed a very patient, friendly. respectful, positive person to help me book a cruise in line with my budget and my requirements and that is exactly what I got, the service was second to none. As I entered the shop everyone made me feel welcome and as time progressed I continued to feel like "one of the family", my cruise was booked and all my requirements met. I do find the brochure sometimes hard to read especially when looking at a deck plan as the cabin numbers are so small, however I had plenty of help and will use Hays again as they look after me so well. So happy me and well done you x
