First time I’ve used Hays travel and I was really happy and impressed with my booking. The agent was a really nice and helpful bloke called Sean at the Romford branch. He was really helpful, he explained everything as we went through the booking and I would definitely recommend him and Hays travel. Great experience.

We were greeted as we arrived in store
We were greeted as we arrived in store, listened carefully to our requirements and the process was followed through and sorted to our satisfaction. The member of staff in Romford branch of Hays Travel was Donna, very pleasant and made the procedure easy (as we have not been able to go on a holiday abroad, for the last 5 years).

The lady ( Lily- Mae ) that did our booking was polite, patient and helpful. No pressure to book insurance with her, but we did. Informed us of time line for picking up boarding passes and phone call for possible currency exchange
