Popped into Rugeley Hays travel shop with a friend looking at booking somewhere for later in the year . Rhodes was selected with the help of Sarah who was very helpful and managed to get us a few freebies. Happy customer 🙂

Michelle was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for her and she constantly tried to find discounts for us. Michelle double and treble checked the booking and provided us with everything we needed including peace of mind. Fantastic lady 👏

The best service
The lady who looked after me and sorted my little break out couldn’t have been more helpful. She didn’t try to rush me, she explained everything and checked that she had the best deal and the right holiday. Sheila gave fantastic service I would definitely go back again and recommend hays travel

Hays, Exceptional!!
So pleased I went into Hays, Rugeley branch, after trawling on line and getting nowhere.
It was such a lovely environment and being able to talk face to face made all the difference. After explaining my holiday requirements it was sorted in no time by Miranda and although I didn’t book until the day after, when Sheila finalised everything, it was such a pleasant experience and certainly nothing like the stressful time spent online.
