Wow how easy was that! Contacted Hays as I was struggling to find a deal for Christmas and new yea, I had an idea of what we wanted. Donna was amazing, efficient, responsive most of all creative and in less than a week we have found and booked our dream holiday!!

Have been booking holidays with Sheila for years and nothing is too much trouble . She has always given good recommendations on hotels and resorts. Excellent service would not go anywhere else.
