Easy and comfortable to deal with booking no problems staff were excellent thank you to all at Hays travel

Good service and polite personell.
Only downside was the time taken for the P&O office to answer the phone, (usual queueing).

The service was excellent. The lady who organised my trip was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely courteous. I couldn't have asked for better!

Just like to thank Hannah and team at Salisbury for their amazing help when there was a problem with our car hire in Vancouver (Not their fault). We arrived to find that there wasn’t a reservation for us and being 4pm in UK it was rather stressful, however a phone call to Hays and they managed to sort it out and we were on our way. Fantastic service, thanks once again.

The office was very helpful particularly as the assistant was a trainee..perhaps a little focus or support to her with the detail e.g.
First the booking dates were incorrect however put right straight away..easy mistake.
I was then originally told my booking included transfers however on visiting the branch told it wasn't.
Also told it included cabin luggage however then I had to pay approx £32 x 2 extra for luggage.
Overall the experience was fair and to emphasise this person was an apprentice.. and I'm sure over time will become an asset

As usual, professional and friendly service from Hannah at Salisbury branch, when I went in to book two cruises for 2027. All paperwork clearly explained and questions answered. Very satisfied with this visit to the branch.

Hollie was incredibly helpful . On both my visits to book she focussed entirely on my needs and tolerated a lot of questions. Unfortunately there was a mix up over length of stay and departure flight times which were resolved but meant a compromise for us. However I would return to Hays Travel for future travel plans and recommend them to friends and family

Salisbury branch very helpful as normal

Hollie Branco is excellent and really knowledgable about the cruises. She is an asset to Hays Salisbury. She looked up two options for me and followed up with emails. We ended up booking on board Iona for one trip but through Hays. I always try and see her when I visit the Salisbury shop.

Was seen very quickly, nice friendly assistant very helpful, made it a nice experience.🌸

So far I have ONLY booked return flights from Southampton to Newcastle: out on 15 June, return on 17 June. The Hays staff member, Hannah, could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

We just popped in to see what was good for us, We saw Hannah who booked our holiday last year.We told her roughly where we wanted to go and found a hotel very quickly! Sorted all the other finer details. She was very helpful and would recommend Hays travel to anyone 👍
