I have booked a few holidays with Sam now and she is excellent at what she does, we booked through Sam to go to Mexico and she listened to us about what we wanted out of the holiday and picked the perfect hotel/location for us and gave us great advice on activities/tourists attractions. She is always there to help if you need anything, especially helpful at any last minute help and advice, thanks again Sam :)

Sam is absolutely first class. Literally could not ask for a better service. She has kindly planned our entire month long trip in the finest detail possible. Her customer service is outstanding, as his her dedication to customer satisfaction.
