Samantha was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She looked after us every step of the way with excellent communication and a genuinely caring approach. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and her support was outstanding — especially when our itinerary had to be rearranged after a tour company cancellation.
When the airline cancelled our flights at the last minute, Samantha stepped in again and handled the changes smoothly, taking all the stress out of the situation. Even once we were in the country, she continued to help and make sure everything ran perfectly.
Samantha delivered exceptional service — reliable, responsive, and truly committed to making the whole experience seamless. Highly recommended!

Sam has been amazing the whole way through! From start to finish she was there to answer any, and all, questions. She has excellent knowledge and was able to advise us throughout. She made sure we knew everything before booking and handled it all for us, making it a stress free process. Incredible customer service, if I could give more stars I would.
