Sarah Bell Sampson at Hays Travel provided solid assistance during my booking process. She was informative and efficient, answering all my questions thoroughly. While the service was good overall, there’s room for slight improvement in terms of streamlining the experience further. I may consider using Hays Travel again, but wouldn’t call it exceptional.

Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble. Shop closed at 5pm and vicky was still there at 6pm sorting out our flights and holiday. We couldn't thank her enough. Spot on service. She definitely deserves a pat on the back. Above and beyond no problem to vicky. Chapeltown branch.
