Helpful and knowledgeable
Sarah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The holiday will be our first experience of a cruise and Sarah was able to answer any queries we had. She was very friendly and polite. We would book holidays with Sarah again without hesitation.

Friendly, helpful advise
Sarah was very helpful considering I was asking loads of questions about the Norwegian Fjords cruise. From the different types of cabins and prices over a weekend at different times of the day, until we finally decided what was best for us as a couple. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Sarah about any future trips whether at Sea or on land!

I am limited to when I can use my phone at work so I messaged Sarah while I was at work on my lunch break on a Sunday , and without hesitation she messaged straight back and was very helpful, I was thinking about booking a cruise but I don’t think I was going to book straight away but I just thought that she went out of her way on a Sunday to help so I booked it
