It’s the second time I’ve made a holiday booking at Hays Travel, Scunthorpe, & it won’t be the last. Very short wait time to see a customer service representative. I had done some research before going so had a good idea what I wanted. The booking process went very smooth & I took up the direct debit option to spread the cost over 12 months.

Hays travel scunthorpe was excelent as usual got some new holidays to chose from and sophie was very helpful as usual

Hannah was very helpful, and we could tell she was very knowledgeable. She was pleasant and got us the best deal for the cruise we wanted

Sadly wouldn't use again. Cruse booked 18months ago, great start price matched and all booked so started 5star. Sadly 3weeks before you go your advised they havnt finished the booking and as a result its not all available despite been fully paid for 6months. Shop then went on to blame us however when complained to area manager confirmed this was 100% a shop issue. Several days of challenge and stress caused by the shop for no reason. As an outcome we now have additional time on top of the already 4.5h traveling and extra process to go through. Security of personal information does not feel like a important factor to the shop. Also passed from person to person so advice and information changes daily. Sadly won't be using the service again.
