Nicole dealt with us very professionally, we knew where we wanted to go and even the hotel although on a previous trip there we weren't too keen on the room type. Nicole was able to book a room we chose. Further more she found out about us taking golf clubs and where the current golf is situated. It s such a pleasure for us to come and let you book our holiday instead of having to go on line. She's even offered to check n for us.

I have been in this morning to get my holiday euros and I must say I'm very disappointed with the lack of information from your staff .I was not asked or told about the fee you charged me for the cash back guarantee!!! .If I was told I wouldn't of paid it as I have no intentions of bringing any money back from my holiday I think I will be going elsewhere for my Euros from now on 👎👎
