Jessica was extremely helpful in booking our holiday for next year, we had a query about where we wanted to go and she emailed the accommodation for us to sort it out. We have always been impressed with using our local Hays Travel and will use them again for our next holiday.

I had great advice and help in navigating the complexities of trying to book a cruise. Lots to think about and I was given time to think about the different types of berths and their position on the boat. Definitely the best way for a first cruise is through Hays.

Stella, the representative was attentive and very helpful. We colluded to surprise my partner to a surprise 70th birthday holiday coming up soon. She suggested some great options and we picked a well put together trip to Las Vagas and onwards to Cancun. I would recommend this branch and Stella to anyone.
