Excellent service always. I always book with Hays travel in Seaham. The staff are all fabulous and have provided me with fantastic holidays for myself and my family for many years. They are the BEST and I would not go anywhere else.

The staff in the Seaham Church St branch are so helpful. Nothing is to bother. I had found a holiday and on the off chance I decided to ring the Seaham Branch which I had booked through in previous years. Alex was just brilliant. She saved me a few hundred pounds and she also sorted my Private Transfer, Airport Parking and Plane seats. Always worth a call.

Brilliant experience been in here 3 times over past few days. First time was just to price some things up I think the girl was called Alex ( brown hair ) she rang me the following day because a great deal had become available. I went back down and another women called Sharon booked my holiday for me got me a fabulous deal she was brilliant and talked me through everything thank you Sharon. Unfortunately I had to go back today because I realised that date was not suitable anymore so changed it today with the help of Alex again, she was so great and understanding and helpful just great customer service and such a lovely girl. I appreciate all your help from both you ladies thank you x

Holly dealt with our holiday and she was fantastic.
Holly made the booking yesterday with Typically Italian, but when I was looking at the photos of the hotel this morning I noticed the hotel was £1000.00 cheaper on-line with another company. We went back to Hays at Seaham straight away and explained to Holly the problem and she rang Typically Italian but they unfortunately refused to do anything about this as the booking is for three weeks time. We are very disappointed at being overcharged and feel that they showed a lack of good faith and poor customer service in refusing to move on the price. We will not deal with Typically Italian again. Holly at Hays Travel understood our frustration and tried her very best for us. Thanks Holly.

Easy to book a holiday very nice member of staff explained everything fully.

A very pleasant attitude,nothing too much trouble but not over the top.Holly made me very comfortable and not obliged to say yes.She showed me different offers and choices.I wasn't rushed and Holly did not try to influence or hurry me with decisions.Hayes is a reputable Travel agency and I will use it again.

Always helpful, and informative, nothing is an issue. Straight forward booking with regular email and telephone call updates.

We booked our holiday with Holly. She listened to what we wanted out of our holiday and what was important to us. She took the time to explain areas to us using maps for the locations and to show where things were to give us a good indication of amenities. She picked out hotels she thought would suit our needs and some of which were from personal experience & gave honest opinions throughout. Would recommend Holly and Seaham Hays Travel as everyone is always lovely.

Megan was fantastic she made the whole process seamless from quote to booking honest and professional would highly recommend anyone to use Hays Travel specially seaham branch always the best!!
