We were given a first class service and helped us choose a suitable hotel close to the venue we will be attending.

One lady was so helpful but one lady was not to buslie

Hays travel really listened to what we were wanting for a family holiday. Its a challenge with our long list, school holidays and not an endless budget! They kept in contact but I didn't feel as though I was being chased. I would use them again. Thank you Jenson for being professional, friendly and approachable.

She had fantastic interpersonal and listening skills as she found me my ideal holiday all with the correct flight times, temperature, time of year and in budget with a 4star plus hotel!
