Good booking experience
We had the pleasure dealing with Mary who was knowledgeable and extremely helpfull.
Nothing was too much trouble and the booking process was all completed and explained to us prior to us leaving.
Whoild definitely use them again.

I emailed Mary with a rough idea of what I was after, and she responded very quickly with some suggestions. I called and she got it sorted within minutes. Very efficient and helpful. Always find the staff at Shepton Mallet branch do their utmost to ensure you are happy.

Very Happy Customer
We popped in yesterday (17/01/2026). With just the intention of looking for holidays. However, after talking/dealing with Sue, who made everything very easy and comfortable. We came away a couple of hours later with a holiday booked and payed for. Couldn’t recommended Sue and Hayes travel and higher. Sue went out of her way to help us with all our needs. Very happy
