Yet again brilliant service
Yet again brilliant service! I walk into Hays travel Shrewsbury with complete confidence that it will be an excellent experience. Ever since the end of Covid we have booked 3 or 4 overseas holidays each year through this travel agents. No matter who deals with you each member of staff is pleasant, smiling, and highly efficient. My husband and myself would go nowhere else to book our holidays. All the staff are a credit to Hays.

Katherine the consultant was very good…
Katherine the consultant was very good, very helpful and professional. However, hays travel system charged me £176 more than was advertised on jet 2 website. This is to do with dynamic pricing. Also, hays demand full payment upfront 14 weeks before travel whereas jet 2 only require full payment 10 weeks in advance. Perhaps management should look into how they can limit dynamic pricing and final payment process
