5 star customer service from Barry who is employed in the Silverburn store. We booked a cruise adding in additional dates to our departure and arrival to enable us to explore Singapore and Hong Kong. Barry gave us recommendations and took the time to discuss every stage of the booking process for the cruise, flights and hotels. Highly recommend asking for Barry when you visit the store as I would not hesitate to go back to him to book any future holiday travel.

Many thanks to Donna for all her patience and help in booking our holiday. All the stall are very helpful and friendly and nothing is any trouble to them. As I said on my last review will always book with and recommend Hays Silverburn they deserve a gold star

Staff very helpful and welcoming
Staff very helpful and welcoming, checked various options to arrange the dates we wanted, spent time going over all the options and then our booking.
Unable to remember the staff members name who helped us but she was very good and professional at her job. First time using Hays and would return to them for holidays

Donna helped us find our perfect holiday with ease, we gave her the dates and our ideas and she found us exactly what we wanted. It was all so easy and stress free and we were given lots of information on our destination. The price was very reasonable, highly recommend Hays travel.
