Great customer service
My experience was very good from start to finish. Rebecca listened to all my requirements and advised on different aspects. I found the level of service excellent and the customer service second to none.
As a seasoned traveller, I highly recommend Hayes Travel and in particular, Rebecca who happily worked tirelessly to get me just the right deal .

Staff were very helpful
Staff were very helpful? Not pushy at all but listened to what I was looking for in a holiday. The young lady provided enough information for me to get a good idea of what I wanted for my trip and then I found a place I was interested in and managed to get it for a price that was acceptable for me and my husband.
