FIRST YOUR A GREAT COMPANY ,WILL ALWAYS ONLY USE HAYS ,THE STAFF AT SOUTH SHIELDS[DENMARK CENTRE] ARE WONDERFUL ,ALL SO,SO ,HELPFUL,WE HAVE NOW BEEN TO EYGPT,CYPRUS,CANERIES,TURKEY,AND JUST BOOKED NORTH AFRICA VIA HAYS,HAVING HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS/ON THE BEACH A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO ,WILL NOW ONLY USE AN AGENT WITH STAFF [HUMAN ]NOT A.I.SO WONDERFUL HAYS AND THERE STAFF ,FIT THE BILL PERFECT .THANKS LADIES AT HAYS S/SHIELDS

Nice warm greetings when you enter, all the staff are so friendly and helpful having used this shop several times now and always made to feel welcome

Useful advice on different resorts and hotels was offered. Staff took time to review different options, and no pressure was applied to book immediately. Instead, we agreed that we would take the information home, review it, and then make a booking once we were sure and comfortable with the choice, which we did.
