Again, excellent service from Chrys
For the second year running Chrys at Southbourne Hayes Travel, provided us with an excellent service. We never feel rushed and she goes to a great deal of effort to get us just the holiday we want at a fair price.
Sometimes you can spend hours trawling through online holidays and not finding the right deal. It is nice to see a human being for once.
Chrys is very friendly, trustworthy and helpful.

Very impressed with the agent. She was polite, friendly and very efficient. She listened to our preferences and came up with the perfect break for us. Would definitely use Hays again rather than spending hours at home with online booking!
