I was provided with the perfect information on the trip I was interested in. Chrys listened to all our requirements and as a result I booked our holiday the following afternoon. It was wonderful to have all the booking done for us so competently and the paperwork printed off. In addition, the insurance was arranged and an overnight hotel stay at Heathrow with parking for the duration of our holiday.

Confirmation of the booking was emailed to me for my records.

What is a good experience the staff are very friendly and the building very relaxing ,I was offered a coffee on one occasion ,so it does not get much better than that when your booking your perfect holiday .

I contacted hays travel on February 10th 2025 for an travel insurance to Czech Republic embassy on February 11th 2025.
I forgot to print my insurance coverage to the embassy and the embassy requested for it. I contacted them and they immediately re-sent it to me and it was accepted.
The branch is Southbourne Bournemouth.
Thanks to them and I will always patronise them.
