We were booking a cruise, we have no experience of cruises so happy that Amber and Amy were very helpful.
They knew how to guide us to make the best decision for us.

As always Nicole at the Southend Branch, is super helpful. She has got to know us over the last few years and knows what we like and will spend ages taking the time to find us the right holiday. We never go anywhere else! Nicole is a credit to you and the reason why we return to Hays.

Karen was really helpful. I normally book a holiday online but because my friend has slight mobility issues at the moment I didn’t want to book somewhere that could cause her walking issues. Karen was very knowledgeable of the areas we had in mind so that was a great comfort.

Karen was very patient as we laid out all our requirements and found a place that satisfied all of them. She also checked around to feel sure we got it at the best price.
