Laura our travel adviser was amazing, a credit to Hays. We wanted to book a holiday in Rome and as Laura had already been there several times it made our booking process that little bit easier. We booked a hotel on her recommendation having looked at several options,our flights and transfers sorted and Laura even gave us the name of a restaurant she suggest we consider. All in all an excellent service

Laura was extremely helpful. She was able to give some personal experience of areas we were interested in staying. Her questions were relevant to our needs and wants. Very practical and gave advice on options we hadn’t previously considered. Very patient and pleasant

The staff at Hayes travel in Southport are amazing, helpful, attentive, chatty and helpful making the whole booking experience no trouble.

Natalie was the agent who handled our enquiry was most helpful and managed to answer all our questions to our complete satisfaction which resulted in me making a cruise booking.
