Alyson was very helpful professional…
Alyson was very helpful professional and chatty. She got us a good package to Lyon including transfers from the airport. The whole process was seamless and I have no doubt if problems arise ahead she will sort them out.

I had the best experience in hays travel the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with the results always happy and chatty and all staff are very smiley and nothing was a problem for them.
