The customer service agent was extreamly knowledgeable and very helpful for all questions I asked and I got the answers I needed. I would highly reccomend hays travel insurance have now used them a few times.

I want to thank Laura one of the Cruise Consultants in making the whole process of booking the cruise I made and changes I needed so easy. Laura has always responded quickly and come up with the best solution as quickly as possible. I will definitely be using Hays again in the future.
