Always outstanding service from Jan at St Andrews
Jan is just simply fabulous. She always knows exactly what I want and replies to my queries almost instantly. Always goes above and beyond to give her customers the best service.
I recommend all my friends to go to Hays St Andrews as all the staff there are lovely and I will never book anywhere else.

Jacob was amazing. So helpful and professional. I wanted a cheap holiday with my friends and he managed to book flights and hotel at a very reasonable price for the dates I gave him. I am truly excited now as I found it so exhausting checking on-line myself.

Peace of mind booking through a Travel Agent
We were looking for a "once in a lifetime" holiday to celebrate a special birthday. Due to the high cost of such a holiday i needed peace of mind and approached Hays to deal with the booking. Kath was absolutely excellent and very efficient to deal with. She provided costs on various locations, choice of airline etc - nothing was too much trouble. We have now confirmed the booking and i know we are in safe hands
