Travel assistant was very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.

We were looked after very professionally by Freya in the St Helens Branch of Hays Travel. She took the time to work through our booking with us and printed off our travel documents. We felt very welcomed and her manner and verbal skills were excellent.

Very helpful young lady assisted us. We were unsure what sort of cruise we wanted as we have never been on a sea cruise before. Katie was vert patient with us and we think we have booked a cruise that will suit us.

Personally, it was Rhiann, as she was the one who sorted my holiday, from start to finish. She was kind, funny, chatty, she answered all my questions, and she made booking so easy. I honestly couldn't be more happy, she, and the rest of the girls are why I will always book with Hays. Well done 🙂.
