Friendly professional service. Recently booked a cruise and was guided through the process and given relevant advice to enable us to make the decisions required. Why have we not used Hays before? We knew where we wanted to go and the whole process was so easy and much better than trying to do it yourself at home. Paula was kind, patient and helpful and it was a great experience and we will return to book other adventures.
