Saw a holiday advertised on another Hays branch, phoned about it,got a quote from Millie. Phoned my sister about it and we both agreed it was a good price. Called in next day to book it,which Millie did no problem.......happy sisters

Went in to book a holiday for that week but there wasn’t a holiday to suit us , but ended up booking a holiday in the hotel and resort we love for April,the travel agent was very patient with us and viewed many options for us, she was well advised and very pleasant.

We always use our local branch in Stanley and have gone there for a number of years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Laura was our go to person as we gave dealt with her before. Nothing was to much trouble as trolled through different holidays. We booked one for my husband and one for myself. Great service as usual. ❤️

Hays travel in Stanley is brilliant. I am over70 and have not really travelled abroad. However with a new lease of life I have been guided towards a very successful river cruise last year and have just booked to go to Gran Canaria in January having already booked a Lake Como holiday in June. The staff are so pleasant and so helpful. Nothing is a problem for them. Can’t recommend them enough.
