Hays Travel - Stella Briggs Opiniones 

I saw a holiday advertised on Facebook on Saturday. I messaged Stella briggs to see if she could price it up for me as I wanted to book. Stella contacted me on Sunday to say those dates had gone but she would see what other dates were available. The price had gone up a little bit but she went above and beyond to try to price match. She managed to get the same hotels as she thought she might have to get alternative ones due to price differences. After a few hours, having to book 4 flights and 3 different hotels she eventually got back to me to say it was all booked. This is my 2nd holiday in the last couple of months with Stella, I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Hays Travel. Excellent service. Xx

Always try to book through stella. Try to help small business’s and also its better service if any problems arise, you speak to stella personally. Found the holiday cheaper elsewhere but it was matched from stella which i preferred rather than going elsewhere
