My first impression of Hays Travel, in Stockton Heath, was a cheerful greeting from the desk. She introduced herself as Laura, and quickly began investigating what I wanted from my break. She spent time, going through a couple of hotels until she found my perfect fit.
Laura’s follow-up phone calls have been just as upbeat, and she has even shared in my excitement for my forthcoming holiday x
