Lovely friendly staff

They make you feel right at home so helpful it's like visiting your second family every single member of staff are so caring and patient especially as i have multiple invisible disabilities they all have a caring nature.

Natalie was amazing, she listened to what we wanted from our holiday and found us some great places, she kept checking with the kids that they were happy as well. Couldn’t fault her at all thank you so much Natalie

We we're booking a tour with Alfa a company we have never travelled with before. There were questions we wanted answered but did not get. When we got home we found we had been charged extra and did not know why, it turned out it was for an upgrade room. We phoned you and it took a long time to establish that was what it was for. We were told you would send Alfa invoice and we have not got it. We used to go to the shop that disappeared in Middlesbrough and always got excellent service. We were spoilt. We found out ourselves all that we wanted to know and which you could have found out for us.

We have used Hays Travel for many years and have found them very efficient and extremely helpful

The young lady, Louise, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She made the whole holiday booking experience relaxing and hassle free. I usually book myself online, going forward for future family holidays, Hays travel will be my 1st port of call.
