Sarah was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable of different destinations which helped us choose the best holiday for us. Also put my Mum's mind at ease about online check-in etc that they would it all for them. Also a got a great deal on the holiday.

The way travel agents should be, not always better online
Absolutely fantastic service, Chloe was friendly and informative through the whole journey from initial enquiry to finalising the booking. Very knowledgeable of the area our trips is planned for.

I must be the most annoying customer…
I must be the most annoying customer for a travel agent. My list never ends on what we need. It’s hard to find a good deal, especially getting all of us in the same room for a family of five. Mel always knows how to help.

We went in with an idea of what type of holiday we would like,Caroline made us feel welcome and relaxed with her friendly approach.
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and we came away with our dream holiday booked in October for our Ruby Wedding.
