Staff always so helpful.

During call I advised I was on the jet2 website and we looked at 2 hotels. The first hotel the person on the phone said they could match the price then we looked at another, I assumed this price would also be matched (why wouldn’t it be) later I’ve realised I’ve been charged an extra £278. Always use Hays but I’ll just book directly through jet2 next time. Staff are always very helpful just don’t understand the price difference!

The girl who saw to my holiday was very helpful, polite and friendly and showed good knowledge. The travel agents was spacious clean and the other staff were friendly. The booking process was easy and the service was excellent

Attentive and listened to what we wanted

Staff in branch are second to none. Always willing to help and make sure you get the holiday that matches your needs/desires.
On a recent rep accompanied cruise our 2 Hays staff were magnificent saving us from near disaster in the current conflict.

We booked a holiday to Zante for 1.6.26 on 23.5.26. At Hays Travel Sunderland Vine Place. The assistant Melanie was wonderful. She did the business swiftly and efficiently. The service she gave was excellent. Many thanks.

Ruby was excellent, we are not the easiest people when making decisions on where to go, ruby looked into many different locations & accommodation before we settle on the one we booked.
Rang when she said she would and never felt pressured to make a decision until we were happy.

I was given a friendly welcome when I entered the shop. Mel was very helpful, as I wasn't sure where I wanted to go this time around. She spent time to ask me what i was looking for and she showed me quite a few places yhat i had never looked at. She was very knowledgeable on the areas that we looked at,and told me the sort of things that i could do on this holidays. She also took time to explain everything to me

Visited recently to make amendments to existing bookings and book another holiday. Both Mel and Ruby were very professional and helpful in making all the necessary amendments as well as ensuring best deal was secured for holiday in October. Keep up the great work 👏
