Trisha was patient, knowledgeable and carefully and methodically looked through many hotels and destinations with us until we made a decision and booked . Me & my friend booked a holiday with Hays Travel in Sutton In Ashfield, Dawn who looked after us was very friendly & helpful & all the staff that where working at the time where very friendly too

We contacted Hays Travel and spoke to Rees who helped us with booking a nice little family holiday for the summer holidays. Rees was very accommodating and helped us find the perfect get away. Now the main thing for us was a place that allowed 3 dogs, this was not an issue Rees at all. Rees was very professional, gave us all the ins and outs of the options we had and explained what was near for us to do with the kids. Very pleased with his service and now have two very excited children waiting for their holiday to arrive. Thanks Rees really appreciate it!
