I've not used a Travel consultant before and now I don't think i'll be able to do without.

She was so knowledgeable and was able to give me so much advice and recommendations I would have never been able to get for myself.

Also worked out the best flights to optimise our time and got us a price nowhere on the internet could match!

Really get the impression from what she said as well that she will be with us when it comes down to the travel and comms with hotel etc as well.

She's helping up upgrade flights even though its all booked so aftercare service is great!

Anyone thinking of booking a holiday in the near future ? I highly recommend contacting Suzanne. A lovely lady who is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our trip to New York a memorable experience. Our flight with aer lingus got cancelled and Suzanne kept us informed and rearranged our transfer, seats on the plane, airport lounge and contacted the hotel to let them know of our changes. Always on hand with recommendations for trips ect Thank you Suzanne for all your help, I will definitely be contacting you for any future holidays I will be booking. Suzanne was, as always, super helpful and very informative about the resort we have decided upon. We gave Suzanne a Wishlist and she very quickly came back to us with a number of options to choose from / consider.
