Booking a flight
Hays Travel were able to able to book a flight and arrange an appropriate flexible ticket which I had found difficult to do online. All my queries were answered satisfactorily so I'm confident I've purchased the right ticket.

Thailand Trip…
Hays came up with the ideal itinerary for our trip to Thailand. Leo was very helpful although we had to pay three deposits. He also spotted that one of the hotels was alcohol free which we managed to get changed. Well done Leo.

Bernina Express Bliss
Spoke to Emily at Swanage on 5th Feb re holiday to Lake Como and Bernina Express. Went home to think about it and by researching on Newmarket site I found that going a week later we could get Half Board Hotel.
Spoke to Newmarket Holidays and they reserved the place and said we could return to Swanage where they would complete the booking.
Went to Swanage Hays and booked with Lisa.
Very happy with how we were treated by Emily and Lisa.
Will definitely return to Hays Swanage for further booking this year.
