Eileen was very helpful in the shop with quite a complicated set of requirements. She helped me to view various options and afterwards did some further research into options which she quickly shared with me allowing me to book the trip promptly.

Excellent service as always from Eileen , thorough, matched our needs perfectly and had already researched holiday packages for us .

Not had the holiday yet as booked for 2027 but Emily from Swindon branch was extremely helpful and included everything I requested. The price was very reasonable. It's a big birthday celebration so I want it to go well and she took all the stress of me having to search around for the best deal. Looking forward to dealing with Emily and Hays for this holiday and any future ones if this all goes well. Left off a star until I have the holiday as hoping be perfect then.

Ben goes out of his way to make sure that booking a holiday is stress free and is what you require ,answers question or will get the answers from other sources ,He is always polite and friendly nothing is to much for him . He is asset to both the Swindon branch and Hayes Company

Lisa is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We have recommended her to a couple of people. Nothing is too much trouble and the organisation and timings of our holidays/cruise has been second to none.

Went to Hayes before Covid and they arranged a fantastic holiday to America and Canada then we couldn’t go.
We went back and once again our advisor sorted out a fantastic Caribbean Cruise for us with every detail thought of. Just hope the trip is as good!
