We went in to book a holiday to Turkey that we saw on jet2 and hays looked it up and were £600 dearer but asked us to get booking up on jet2 web site and matched price no problem

I met Ben in the Swindon branch with a friend, he gave great advice and was approachable, happy to help and find plenty of offers, places to stay with no pressure to make a decision. As it was we book our holiday with his help.

Went into Hays travel with a thought of booking my first cruise but thanks to Julie I ended up with a holiday that exceeded my expectations. Great efficient service and at a great price.
