Walked in was delt with straight away. Member of staff was very helpful & friendly. I booked a flight so wasn't in store very long.

The staff are always very pleasant and Megan was very patient and helpful. Whether your enquiry is big or small the staff are so polite and patient.
They will even make you a tea or coffee.

The Swinton Hays Team are very welcoming, they listen to the customers and try their very best to find that perfect holiday that people seek. Nothing seems too much trouble, they are polite, friendly and certainly go the extra mile.

Sara was fantastic and was able to answer all my questions. She made me feel at ease and I now feel confident in going away with my young grandson.

As soon as we stepped through the door we were made very welcome by the staff. We booked our holiday through Sara, who was really lovely and went through the whole process with ease. I saw an advertisement for a holiday I was interested in from Hayes travel.However,there was no branch near my home so I travelled to the Swinton branch.I wanted a face to face discussion about it, particularly because of the cost of the holiday.
Khushi, the travel agent was very helpful.
We couldn't make a decision on the day because of problems with flights and our initial requirement of extra legroom.
Also because of the high cost we wanted to check other options.
Khushi phoned us up on a number of occasions over the next week and helped answer our questions. She was patient and polite with us and gave us different pricing options for the trip depending on what we wanted to book for our holiday.
We eventually agreed on a booking for flights and a cruise with a balcony and premium package to the far East.
I am excited and hope the package lives up to our expectations as I have never holidayed on a Hayes trip.

I was disappointed we could only have extra legroom on our flights if we paid the full balance.So we didn't go for extra legroom as I didn't want to pay the large amount in one upfront payment.
However,I was happy with the option of paying in monthly installments for our balance and happy with how Khushi helped us reach our choice.
