Our experience in the shop was extremely positive, Nirali was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. However, we were frustrated by the long waits to contact head-office, and the price we were offered kept changing because of delays in response times.

Fantastic service from Kirsty and her team in Syston. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to book our trips and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

She(Kirsty) tried to explain everything,it remains to see how the HOTEL people treat us,because last couple of times lot of misunderstandings took place.bcause what we were explained in the office and what facilities we were given were completely different.Hotel people said they were not aware of the special needs. Kirsty said they can only request.

Always go to Hayes to book our holidays. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are very helpful, particularly nirella. They do everything for you ftom start to finish.

I always book at Syston for my cruises, it takes all of the hassle out of it and makes the process more exciting. I can bring my dog with me and the opening hours work so there's no reason not. Much better than sitting on my own in front of a screen doing it.
