Teresa has the patience of a saint. I have used Teresa a few times to book holidays and she has always been excellent. This time was a real struggle because we didn’t know where we wanted to go or who exactly was going to end up coming but Teresa help us decide the best place to go with the best hotels and the best weather she kept in touch daily and kept sending New💕 ideas, with new prices better each time. We were a difficult group for Teresa but she nailed it as usual

Teresa was very helpful and answered all our questions and queries. We changed our travel plans a few times during our discussions and Teresa altered our itinerary to suit, I thought the service provided was excellent and very informative whilst still being very competitive on price. This was our first time using Teresa and we will definitely being using her again for her knowledge and experience and the attention to detail.
I would highly recommend to anybody seeking a holiday to contact Teresa.

I gave Teresa scant details about the type of holiday we wanted, and she gave us some choices. The options she came up with were amazing, right within our budget and a great location. The holiday itself was so amazing when we got home we booked right away for the next year. (First holiday was 2022, second was 2023). I have used Teresa to book travel for me three times now, her service is second to none. She books the plane seats, sends you the boarding passes by email, nothing is too much for her.

Teresa has been booking my holidays since 2006. I'm not the easiest to please as I am quite fussy on what I want but she always listens and sorts me out.

I've recommended her to family, friends and colleagues who I know are also repeat customers. She goes above and beyond what most travel agents would do, and is so enthusiastic about holidays!

She created a hidden travel monster as I now have 3-4 proper holidays a year.

Remember she can often price match. Don't get her to do all the work and then book online or elsewhere. You will not get the same level of support as you do if she was your agent.
