Excellent customer care as always
I booked my holiday through Hays Travel in Thirsk. As always customer care was excellent with Vicky. The Thirsk branch is very well managed, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are helpful, and make the booking an easy enjoyable experience.

Ruben helped book our holiday to…
Ruben helped book our holiday to Disneyland listened to what we wanted, confident manner, professional. Answered questions about another booking we had, very friendly.
Ruben’s colleague that was in the branch at the time was not so friendly, very dismissive of Ruben, abrupt manner speaking to us, wasn’t dressed professionally. This put a dampener on our booking experience.

As soon as you walk into Hayes…
As soon as you walk into Hayes (Thirsk), immediately greeted with a smile and how can I help.
If I just require to increase my funds on my Hayes credit card or currency, immediately helped. If the currency has to be brought in. Informed and I will receive a phone call to collect and pay.
I dealt with Paul he sought out a cruise for my mother and sister, I saw a holiday advertised in the window and have made a deposit.
5 Star treatment by all of Hayes personnel.
